Ayomide, Inc is a registered corporation in the state of Florida, USA and in Nigeria (as Ayomideinc Ventures). The parent corporation was founded in August of 2007, but not officially registered until May 2008. As a corporation, Ayomide, Inc has several d/b/a (also known as Fictitious Names) registered with it.
The basic principle behind the founding of Ayomide, Inc is to help find ways through which all levels of governments, established or new businesses, organizations or entrepreneurial individuals can develop and/or engage in business ventures that are profitable.
To be able to better serve a cross-section of business interests and organizational entities, Ayomide, Inc has registered few fictitious (or better known as “doing business as”) names under the umbrella of the corporation name. This allows us to be able to explore and represent different areas of business interests.
With our d/b/a registrations, Ayomide, Inc is also able to register with several organizations that represent variety of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in numerous fields in North America and the rest of the world.
