Ayomide, Inc does not necessarily have to get your government or organization engaged in business activities before you make or save money. Just just consulting with you and pointing you in the right direction could achieve this.
For example: most governments and organizations tend to make decisions on how to get things done by committee votes, which may not always necessarily be the best idea. It has been proven time-and-again that majorities are not always right. Our business is to work with you before or after your majority has voted for or against an idea or plan, so that we can help you make sense of the idea or plan from a business process and profitability perspective.
The business of Ayomide, Inc is to consult with you and your representative(s), to find out what your goals and objectives are, and what time frame you are looking for to achieve the identified goals and objectives. Upon consulting with you either in person, by phone and/or any other methods (as many times as it takes to get a clear understanding of what your goals and objectives are), Ayomide, Inc will then come up with the business process that would be involved to get the work done to meet your specified expectation(s). Once the process blueprint is completed, we will present it to you for your review, approval and signature.
After the sign-off, Ayomide, Inc will then begin the process of trying to gather relevant information (i.e. pricing & quotes, timetable availability, proximity, etc) from the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) regarding the best available options. Ayomide, Inc will in turn present you with the results. At which time, you will choose and decide the best option for you.
Your government or organization may have initially thought that it would be cheaper or reasonable to get a project done internally (on your own) or contract it out to a private provider, upon consulting with Ayomide, Inc we will provide you with a detailed and certified report, providing comparisons between the various options you had started with. With our detailed report in your possession, your government or organization will no longer have any doubt about the best possible course of action.
The consultation processes are not as complicated or drawn out as they may appear to be; it all depend on the magnitude of the project and how much information is involved. Ayomide, Inc has had experiences involving different levels of consultation projects – we have been involved in projects that lasted only couple of days, that only required phone calls, facsimiles and e-mails as means of consultation. We had also been involved in projects that lasted several months that involved meetings in several countries around the world.
It is worth mentioning again that the President of Ayomide, Inc has had experiences writing proposals for, developing money-making business programs and increasing the net worth of county governments and several not-for-profit organizations within the US and Europe.
